3. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds are typically issued within 5-10 business days after we have received and processed the returned product.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., defective items, incorrect shipments).

4. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

We will provide instructions for returning the damaged or defective item and issue a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you. Please provide clear photos of the damage or defect to expedite the process.
